During our Christmas stay, we had a great time sampling the local cuisine and experiencing the festive atmosphere nearby. The quaint coffee shops and charming Christmas markets were just a short walk away, and the staff were always ready with helpful recommendations to make our stay enjoyable. The cozy rooms and comfortable amenities were exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, the breathtaking views from our window were a welcome surprise!
There were some aspects that could use improvement. The rooms, although nicely furnished, were a bit cramped and felt a little outdated.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The spa was definitely the best aspect with its hot water from the thermal spring. The staff was friendly and polite in all areas including the restaurant which had very tasty food. The hotel location, next to the coast of the Tisa river, was also a plus.

The hotel offered a fantastic spa center with thermal water and various treatments that we enjoyed during our new year stay. the location was also great, situated near a beautiful riverbank that made for a peaceful and serene environment. the hotel had a lovely cafe that served excellent coffee and delicious food.
We had to pay extra for spa services that we weren't aware of beforehand, and the time allowed to use the spa center was restricted.

The hotel has a great location on the coast of Tisa river, perfect for a walk down the river or just enjoying the view. the rooms are spacious and clean with pleasant bathrooms. the service is hospitable and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety of food choices, and the caffe Venezia has excellent coffee.
